Cathy Webster (CPF®)
Cathy is one of the owners of Framing Matters. She is a teacher of many years experience who left the classroom in order to concentrate on picture framing. She is an artist who specialises in watercolours. Her love of art and her experience as an artist makes her an ideal person to assist customers with creating the design for the framing of their artworks. Not only is Cathy experienced in designing framing packages but she is also a fully qualified and experienced framer. She has attended numerous courses on creative design and and she also holds the CPF® qualification.
